Retired Air Force Senior Master Sergeant (E-8) that served 21 honorable years. His experiences has sent him all over the world to include Korea, Japan, Turkey, Greenland, Afghanistan and many more. As a military leader, his primary focus was taking care of people. Herman believed that if you took care of the people, the mission would be accomplished in a more effective manner. You must tie the shoe before you run. After retirement, Herman returned to his home state of Tennessee still looking for ways to make a difference. Father of 3 girls and currently engaged to be married to his beautiful bride to be, Sharita Shelby. Tennessee Titans, Vols, Grizzles are among his sports teams... basically anything Tennessee related! Many awards, schools, honors but none of them outweigh being a father
