About the Hosts

Seth "Scoob" Miller


Served as a USAF Master Sergeant, and with 20+ years of military experience, Seth has endured, positive and negative experiences which have contributed to cultivating a (his) “hustler” mind set.

Seth has emboldened individuals to step into their power as leaders beginning with; confronting the fears that impair their abilities and undermine success. As a father, speaker, coach and author, he desires to share learnt valuable lessons on disrupting our natural ”default” setting and embracing discomfort while facilitating forward movement.

Seth has spoken on several platforms; USAF diversity and Inclusion, The Wounded Warrior Project, and St. Louis Urban League to name a few. While contributing his passion to the community, Seth is able to break-down complex concepts; making it applicable to everyday life. He, himself can offer relatable experiences which allow for him to learn with others and offer a personal connection with those he instructs. Seth possesses an infinite drive and passion to reach others.

Big Will Spencer


Will “Big Will” Spencer was born in St. Louis, Missouri and raised in North City, Walnut Park area. Will now lives in Belleville, Illinois with his wife (Crystal) of 4 years and his daughters, Koryean (20) and Gabby (16). He enlisted into the World’s Greatest Air Force in 2001 at the young age of 21 as a Utilities Systems Apprentice. After 19 years, he has earned the rank of Master Sergeant while being assigned to the 375th Civil Engineering Squadron at Scott Air Force base, Illinois.
As a mentor and motivational speaker for more than 20 years. Will has influenced thousands of youth and inspired changed within several communities and organizations. His drive and dedication lead him to becoming a Toastmasters President, and currently Vice President of the Hugh J. White Tuskegee Airmen Chapter of St. Louis, Missouri and Vice President of the Top III Professional Organization for senior enlisted leaders at Ali Al Salem Air Base, Kuwait.

As a key member of MU BETA PHI Military Fraternity Incorporated, he embodies the importance of teamwork, mentorship, leading by example, and giving back to the community.

Larry Ketch


Larry hail from the great state of Missouri, by way of St. Louis, currently serving active duty in the United States Air Force (14 years and going). He's married (12 years) with 3 children. His current occupation is Human Resource (Manpower), but he has a remarkably diverse working background. He's an active member of the Toastmasters club, possess tons of training in resiliency and professional development. He enjoy mentoring and educating our youth. Some hobbies of mines are reading, coaching youth sports, volunteering in the local community, charity initiatives, and educational opportunities. Larry is an avid sports fan and love discussing real-world issues and possible solutions to better humanity, rather it is politics, finance, relationship, or personal and professional development. You should always find ways to deliberately develop yourself!

Herman "Herm" Brown


Retired Air Force Senior Master Sergeant (E-8) that served 21 honorable years. His experiences has sent him all over the world to include Korea, Japan, Turkey, Greenland, Afghanistan and many more. As a military leader, his primary focus was taking care of people. Herman believed that if you took care of the people, the mission would be accomplished in a more effective manner. You must tie the shoe before you run. After retirement, Herman returned to his home state of Tennessee still looking for ways to make a difference. Father of 3 girls and currently engaged to be married to his beautiful bride to be, Sharita Shelby. Tennessee Titans, Vols, Grizzles are among his sports teams... basically anything Tennessee related! Many awards, schools, honors but none of them outweigh being a father

Kamille Thomson

Sanity Check Host

Ms. Thomas is a veteran and Co-Founder of Ignited Minds Inc., and owner of Aspire2GrowHigher LLC., a training and consulting business. She is the co-author of a book titled, 'Empowering Our Girlz' by various authors. She is a John Maxwell Certified Speaker, Trainer, and Coach certified in the Maxwell Method of DISC as well as certified Four Lenses Personality Facilitator, Diversity and Inclusion Trainer, and Resilience Instructor. Ms. Thomas is also co-host of a popular podcast on Resilience titled, Sanity Check (Sanitycheckks) which can be found on all major podcast stations, ROKU, and Apple TV under The Lion’s Pride Network.

Parron "Foots" Outing

Mr. Parron “Foots” Outing hails from the world famous Miami Florida area and served honorably in the World’s Greatest Air Force through (2) Iraqi deployments and more than 15 years of service as a Client Systems Technician. His experience working with the Miami Heat professional basketball organization as a “Ball Boy” for over 26 seasons lead him away from the streets and into the world of stardom. His name “Foots” was given to him by the 1999 – 2000 National Basketball Association (NBA) Defensive Player of The Year, Alonzo “Zo” Mourning because of his bulky size 17 shoe. He levied his experiences from the military and years of exposure around the NBA to serve as an Information Technology project lead for the Cyberspace Capabilities Center Headquarters located at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois where Foots currently resides. His presence with the Lion’s Den w/Seth Podcast team was felt instantly as he was slotted to serve as the Administration Production Manager where his personality drove his engagements with more than 15 thousand fans, and continues to boost content awareness and the focus of leadership, growth, and development with a call for action. His status as a war and disabled veteran does not stop him from giving back through his position as the Veteran of Foreign Wars (VFW) trustee for post 4183 where serving the community is always the focus.
