Upon separation from service, Trophenia and her fellow veterans were told that there were plenty of jobs for veterans. However, after her transition to civilian life, she saw many veterans unemployed and homeless. This did not sit well with her as she remembers the military service, training, and core drive "Be All You Can Be".
As a way to help her fellow brethren, Trophenia started her business to raise funds needed to help homeless veterans and their families. Sergeant T's Savory Sauces and Spices was born out of tried and tested recipes and the sheer will to work to ensure that no veteran is left behind on her watch.
