Nichica F. Melton is focused, driven, and passionate. She partners with her husband in the ministry, as well as parenting their six children. She’s the Broker/Owner of JEMs Realty and Design, LLC and the author of the book, “Breaking Free: My Purpose Is Waiting On Me”. As a Coach she helps Believers break free from the cycle of Identity Crisis as well as helping entrepreneurs and business owners enhance their productivity by refining their scheduling, organization skills, and prioritization, enabling them to cultivate sustainable businesses with greater efficiency.
Nichica is a powerful speaker and writer that connects with her audience in a personal and intimate way. She meets her audience right where they are and guides them through the journey of where they want to be. She loves the Lord with all of her heart and wants everyone to understand that every part of the journey is not always easy, but it is always worth it.
