I am an Athletic Administrator of 30 plus years and Leadership Consultant for Athletic Departments/Sport Organizations and Individuals who wish to advance in Athletics Administration or Sports Management. I taught sports management courses at Hampton University and I have a private Facebook group of 3k members that are in Athletics or Sports. Also publish a Magazine "Significance in Athletics and Sports", I 6 issues available on Amazon.  For the last decade, have been the Host of a podcast  interviewing  Black Women in Athletics Administration and Sports Management Careers  In addition I have an Advance Academy for Athletics Administrators, we meet once a month for trainings, in addition conduct Executive Coaching. As for Universities I conduct staff retreats and student-athlete workshops. I have been doing these for a decade. I was one of first Black in Athletic Administration in the 1990s. The CIAA just recognized me as a Title IX Trailblazer during the 50th Anniversary of the passing of Title IX.
