Mary “Scamp” Franklin

I have served in the Clarksville community since a child. I am a native Clarksvilian. Happily married to Mike Franklin with who I have 5 beautiful children with: Damoni, Ever, Alana, Jada, & Merci.
I am currently the Asst Pastor of NEW JERUSALEM CHURCH, in Clarksville TN…Where my Pastor is also my mother, Pastor Katherine Walker.
I also have served as Youth Pastor for over a decade. I also serve as the Chief Marketing Director & PR SPECIALIST.
I also currently serve as a Commissioner for the CLARKSVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY ASSOC.
