Kayla Gladney

This is my story. At the age of thirteen, I embarked on my makeup journey to cope with my day to day life. In my sophomore year of high school, I had my very first client. I kept going and kept believing in myself. After I graduated high school, my passion for beauty sparked like fire and I decided to go to Regency cosmetology school but unfortunately, the school went bankrupted and shut the doors on their students.  I was out of school for a whole year. In 2017, I applied to Paul Mitchell and got accepted but my passion wasn’t for hair. I applied and got accepted to Crave Beauty Academy where I studied to become a Esthetician.  In 2018, I graduated from Crave Beauty Academy with a body contouring certification and passed my state board examine on the first try. The Kayla Affect LLC became official in June of 2019. In 2020, my clientele picked up, and ever since I am continuously becoming booked and busy.
